Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of mamaheartspace.mom and purchases from Boulangerie Brume, 14 Rue Crébillon, 44000 Nantes, France.
1. Services
We sell bread, viennoiserie, pastries and related bakery products. Prices (EUR) on the site are indicative and confirmed at the counter or in order confirmation.
2. Orders
Large or catering orders are confirmed when we accept them in writing. Payment is due as stated at confirmation. Allergen information is available in shop; ask if you have a specific concern.
3. Cancellation
- Catering orders: cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund
- Less than 48 hours: charge may apply for perishable preparation already started
4. Products
Fresh bakery goods are perishable. We bake daily; availability is not guaranteed late in the day.
5. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under French consumer law. Otherwise liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
6. Intellectual property
Website content and Brume branding remain our property.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
